Small Group Classes, Team Training and Personalized Performance Training

TRX Circuit

Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 7:00am-8:00am

TRX suspension training with body weight exercises in a circuit style format. Our goals are to improve joint movement, increase total strength with a strong focus on core and posture. We gradually increase metabolic training and overall class intensity to improve training threshold.

Foundational Training

Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 9:00am-10:00am

Without a solid foundation, we put our bodies at risk for injury. Foundational Training is an introductory class for our adult clients. In Foundational Training, we screen the body and implement customized corrective exercises throughout training to optimize our client’s progression. This class will increase your mobility, build your stability & strength, engage your metabolic threshold and improve your energy.

Meta-Core

Tuesday & Thursday @ 9:00am-10:00am

We focus on metabolic training via high-intensity intervals while working core in the rest phase. Class runs 30-40 minutes; includes foam rolling, dynamic warm up, mobility/stability exercises and metabolic training. Each client gets a personalized assessment and class is designed around their training needs and/or goals.

Interval Training

Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 11:30am-12:15am

Interval Training is designed to challenge your strength and metabolic training. We will combine bodyweight/resistance training and metabolic conditioning with small breaks in an interval format to maximize cardiac output. This class is designed to be challenging but can be modified to a variety of ability levels.

  • Monthly Unlimited Auto-Pay $90
  • Class Punch Card 10 classes = $120 |  20 classes = $240


PERFORMANCE TRAINING

  • Monthly Unlimited Classes $160
  • Class Punch Card 10 classes = $160 | 20 classes = $320


Private Sports Performance

  • $75/hr. Packages can be built for Athletes/Clients that require Physical Therapy, Deep Tissue and Recovery Training.


Semi-Private Training

  • $45/2 people
  • $30/3 people
  • $25/4 people


TEAM TRAINING & WRITTEN TRAINING PROGRAMS

Custom programs for teams, small groups and/or individuals. This can include a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), sport specific assessments, spreadsheet workout, video training instructions and recovery advice. Price may vary based on specific team needs.
