Jen has made such an amazing impact on the Mountain View High School volleyball program. Her ability to connect both physically and mentally with my athletes has been instrumental in our success. She developed and conditioned our girls to be able to last throughout their longest matches, with their peak conditioning levels and clear mental capacity. The changes in our athletes over the course of just one year in utilizing Momentum Performance have caught the eye of many of our opponents and fans alike. I love going to Jen's class. It's the only one I've ever been able to consistently make myself go to. It's always upbeat and fun, and different each time. Jen is so knowledgeable and makes sure we are doing the exercises correctly so as not to hurt ourselves. She makes adjustments to whatever exercise we are doing to accommodate individual physical ailments we may be experiencing at the time. I know going to these classes keeps my back problems in check and enables me to enjoy the sports I love.

I started going to Momentum Performance Training last year after I suffered a shoulder injury playing baseball. They did an amazing job working with my body to get me back in shape. I realized during this process that it wasn't just a single body part workout, it was a whole body strengthening program. Once I was healthy, I continued with their strengthening program. I've seen boosts in strength, speed, and agility. I would definitely recommend Momentum to any student athlete.

At first, snowboarding was a passion and slowly turned into a career that has literally never ended. Through all the years of pro riding, traveling and now coaching it has never been an option for me to not be able to ride but small injuries began to build up. This past year I spent re-tuning my body with Momentum Performance Training with foundational exercises to strengthen and conditioning in order to continue traveling the globe and riding with all my athletes. I have been taking my exercises on the road with me and have never felt stronger or more balanced for the demands that snowboarding puts on me.

Momentum Performance Training is the Official Training Staff for the Bend Elks Baseball Club. We worked with the athletes on thoracic and hip mobility, injury clinic, dynamic warm-up and conditioning. Summer baseball is physically and mentally demanding on our players. The Elks played more than 50 games; 6 nights per week with long road trips in between. Our goal was to keep them healthy and playing. Working with Momentum, our athletes learned how to care and maintain their peak physical condition to prevent injury and recover faster.

Leading up to my senior season in high school, I chose to do Sport Specific Training with Momentum rather than working out on my own. These workouts offered challenging, focused workouts in a setting where real work can get done. As the season started, I was in the best shape of my life and by far a step ahead of everyone else showing up to the field. The training included weights, TRX work, speed and agility training. Throughout the season, my power numbers were the best they’ve ever been and this is directly related to all of the off-season training that I was doing. Overall, I would simply not be the athlete I am today with the work of Momentum. They have offered me many opportunities and have helped me reach my full potential.

After four weeks of training with Momentum, the results were remarkable. They helped me reach my ideal physical health, which had an immediate impact on the golf course. This season I have shot my personal best tournament score, earned all-tournament recognition and helped my team become the #2 nationally ranked NCAA DIII women’s golf team heading into the spring season.

For the last 11 years, I consistently abused my body to the point of exhaustion and often injury. I never meant to do the harm I did, it just came with the territory of filming video part after video part every year. With snowboarding, I knew that it wasn’t a matter of “if” I would hurt my knee, but “when". My first immediate knee injury consisted of a torn MCL, meniscus and a slightly dislocated kneecap. Not only did Jen change my lifestyle habits and awareness of my physical state, she taught me how to rebuild and control myself physically and mentally. Within three months of my first snowboarding injury, I was back on the board and stronger than ever before. By the time I left Momentum, I was living pain-free for the first time since before I became a professional snowboarder.
